Voice, Treaty, Truth

This song was written back in 2021 to honour the Uluru Statement from the Heart. Created in collaboration with Darug artist Stacy Etal, the song serves as a bridge, inviting everyone to engage in a meaningful dialogue about First Nations justice.

The song is a call to action. It urges Australians to listen and learn from the Uluru Statement, and to consider its request for Voice, Treaty and Truth telling. Singing is such a great way to win hearts and minds and to bond a community – when we sing about something we believe in, it can be especially powerful.

Want to sing the Voice! song

If you or your community want to sing the song, you can download community singing resources including backing tracks, lyrics, a score and more. Flash mob anyone?

Thank you to all those involved!
