I love singing with Suze – she is an amazing choir leader! She is a fantastic musician who radiates positive energy, encouragement, kindness and thoughtfulness. She pours her heart into every session, always doing her utmost to create joyful and uplifting experiences! Our evenings are fun, enriching and heartwarming, and irrespective of singing experience everyone feels welcome, included and valued! And somehow Suze always manages to get us sound good together too!
She chooses and even writes songs with a positive message for us, so if one of them turns into an earworm – which inevitably they do at times! – it’s something beautiful humming around in your head!

Suze creates such a welcoming, uplifting space where everyone feels included, supported and accomplished, no matter their experience level. Her cheerful energy and encouraging teaching style bring a real sense of community to every session. I always feel comfortable and inspired singing with her. No matter how I’m feeling when I walk in, I leave lighter, happier and more connected — singing with Suze truly fills my cup. I’ve gained confidence, joy and a wonderful sense of belonging through being part of WomanSong, and I’m so grateful for the experience."

Suze's choir rehearsals are a celebration of music, culture, respect and community. Suze keeps the group focused, engaged and connected regardless of individuals musical abilities. After a long day, I leave energised, enriched and excited with the repertoire lingering for the rest of the week. Suze's attention to rhythm has given me more confidence with timing, appreciating the written score. Suze is a talented, passionate and patient director and she teaches with encouragement.  One of the many reasons I enjoy singing with Suze is because she makes it FUN!
